All labor performed is warrantied for a period of 30 days from the invoice date. Software 'glitches' are not covered under labor warranty. Warranty covers ONLY the work requested by the customer on the original work order.
All products have 60 day warranty unless otherwise stated. Headsets are non-refundable if opened. New laptops and printers have a one year factory direct warranty. Processors, special order items, system specials, switch boxes, KVMs, cables, Linksys products and refurbished laptops have a 30 day warranty. CAB code products have a 90 day warranty. Consignment and clearance items have a 24 hour warranty. CPU will not warranty, refund, or exchange any product that has been damaged due to neglect or abuse, removal of warranty stickers, lightning, power related issues or acts of god.
Invoice required for return or exchange. All returns will incur a mandatory 8% restocking fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER 15 DAYS. No refunds on labor, clearance items, special order items, software, or custom cut cables. All returned merchandise must be in original box, in new, resell-able condition, and include any and all drivers, packing material and documentation for exchange or refund. No instant replacement on any parts after two months from purchase date. CPU offers instant replacement for the first two months on non-factory direct items only.
